Golden Shipping Company Nigeria Limited (GSC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, was incorporated on 21st September 1992 as a private limited liability company and commenced business on 1st April 1995.
The company was set up to support the growing business of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc and complement the services of Southern Star Shipping Company (Nigeria) Limited.
Its principal activities include the business of clearing and forwarding agents and shipping agents.
